I am a Project Manager for construction projects, I plan ahead the works based on master work program to avoid any delay that may occurs.

What experience do you have in the area of finance?
Some experience in budgeting and cost projection
2017-2018 – Division R Program Quality Director (including Treasurer’s duty)
2018-2019 – Club Treasurer

What experience do you have in developing procedures?
Project management from beginning until completion which include tender, purchasing of materials, arrangement of contractors, sequence of works, delivery, claims and so on

What lessons did you learn from previous leadership positions?
Positivity, motivation and confident that a leader should build to club exco / club members

Why do you want to serve as a District leader?
I wish to build a better and greater division (mandarin)
Continue to learn from other district leaders.
and give myself an opportunity to go further in Toastmasters.

In your opinion, what are the District mission’s major objectives and how would you work to achieve them?
Club sustainability and membership sustainability,
Experience sharing / Toastmasters workshops / Annual conference are the best way to let members (especially new members) to experience and get to know more about Toastmasters, and hopefully it able to benefits them and apply to their daily life.
I will encourage clubs to organize or participants these events by sharing my experiences.

I am an easy going guy and a people-oriented leader most of the time.
I used to adjust, adapt, and accommodate myself in different cases or scenarios.
