Club Growth Director
I believe that all things are possible until proven impossible.
When I was the President of Shah Alam TMC in 2017, people told me that it was impossible to get a bank account for the club as we were not ROS registered. Guess what? I got the bank account! Since then, the club has enjoyed a higher level of professional financial management.
So why didn’t anyone think of doing this in the last 20 years since the club was chartered in 1997?
The answer is simple. It’s because we believed it was impossible!

Relevant work experience and how it relates to Toastmasters and your role as a District leader:
I manage my own e-commerce business. I can teach the Club how to attract more members to join their respective Clubs using various digital marketing strategies.
What experience do you have in strategic planning?
What experience do you have in the area of finance?
What experience do you have in developing procedures?
What lessons did you learn from previous leadership positions?
How & why NOT to play dirty politics among people. The benefits of having a well governed organisation. How to create future leaders who are “on fire” for Toastmasters.
Why do you want to serve as a District leader?
Because the majority want me to do so & my astrologer has given me the green-light to taken on any leadership roles for the next 17 years.
In your opinion, what are the District mission’s major objectives and how would you work to achieve them?
To achieve Smedley Distinguished District legally, morally & ethically.
By creating “internal explosions” among individuals & teams so that they are “born again” as new people filled with a new realization of their hidden talents & capabilities. More (unfortunately abstract) information about this concept is contained in the text box below.
Additional information about yourself:
I’ve created “born agains” (in the non religions sense) numerous times in various organisations long before I joined Toastmasters so this is nothing new to me.
In Toastmasters, the latest evidence of this concept is seen during my term as the President of Shah Alam TMC during the term 2017-2018 where the Club recruited 20 NEW members during the term.
This phenomenon has NEVER occurred in the Club since 2005. It is no coincidence, magic or luck. It was done based on specific UNIVERSAL PRINCIPALS.
