We have the District 102 Member’s Pathways Mentor Achiever Campaign to appreciate members who have completed each Pathways level. E.g If a member completes Level 1 and 2 between 1 July 2019 and 30 April 2020, and the awards are being submitted before 30 April 2020, the member will receive 2 ribbons.

Program Quality Campaign – Club Officers Training 1

Club Officers Training (COT) is a special training organized by Toastmasters International District 102 to provide guidelines for all Toastmasters who hold responsibilities in Toastmasters Clubs, for example President, Vice President Education/Membership/Public Relations, Secretary, Treasurer and Sergeant at Arms. Club officers will be trained on how to manage all club businesses including club meeting quality, marketing, public relations and membership managements.

Clubs that achieve 100% attendance (all 7 club officers) in the first Club Officer Training (COT 1) between July and August 2019 will receive a hard copy of Pathways Booklet with Notes for the Evaluator and Purpose Statement, for all 11 Paths in Pathways (Toastmasters’ new Education Program).
